At invitations of Canada-China Legislative Association and American Foreign Policy Council, Luo Baoming, member of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Director of the Standing Committee of Hainan Provincial People's Congress will lead a CPC delegation to pay friendly visits to Canada and the US from September 5th to 13th.
