At invitations of Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam, Zhang Zhinan, member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPC and Executive Vice-Governor of Fujian Province will lead a CPC goodwill delegation to visit Laos and Vietnam from September 19th to 24th.
