At the invitation of the African National Congress of South Africa, the Norwegian government and friendly French political parties, Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, will lead a CPC delegation to visit the above-mentioned three countries and attend the second BRICS Plus political parties dialogue in South Africa.
