Johannesburg, Feb. 23 -- A CPC goodwill delegation headed by Wang Ercheng, vice-minister of the Central Organization Department, visited South Africa from February 19th to 23rd. The delegation met with Solly Mapaila, 2nd Deputy General Secretary of the South African Communist Party (SACP), and Angie Motshekga, minister of Basic Education and president of the African National Congress (ANC) Women's League. The delegation also attended meetings with members of the ANC and the SACP, scholars from South African think-tanks, and representatives of local media, in which ideas of the Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee were explained and views on bolstering party-to-party and bilateral relations were exchanged.
