Madrid, Feb. 25 -- A CPC goodwill delegation headed by Liu Shijin, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council, visited Spain on February 24th and 25th. 

During the visit, the delegation met with Secretary-General José Luis Centella of the Communist Party of Spain, held talks with MPs of the Partido Popular and Partido Socialista Obrero Español, and delivered a speech titled "features and prospects of China's reform and opening up" in the Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), exchanging views with the Spanish side on China's efforts to comprehensively deepen reforms and on how to further grow China-Spain economic and trade cooperation.
