BEIJING, Feb. 25 -- Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee Zhou Li met with the ambassador of Czech to China Libor Secka on 25th in Beijing upon the request of the latter. The two talked about China-Czech relations and the exchanges between political parties of the two countries and other issues.
