SOFIA, March 17 -- Zhou Li, vice minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, who led a CPC goodwill delegation to visit Sofia on March 17th, met respectively with Mihail Mikov, chairman of the National Assembly of Bulgaria, Boyko Borisov, chairman of Citizens for European Development Party of Bulgaria, Yanaki Stoilov and Depov, vice chairmen of the Socialist Party and held talks with specialists and scholars. He provided a systematic and in-depth introduction of the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The Bulgarian side said that they are looking forward to new opportunities of mutually beneficial cooperation in all fields brought by China's efforts to comprehensively deepen the reforms.
