BEIJING, June 4 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met on the afternoon of June 4th with a delegation of the Young Communist League (UJC) of Cuba, led by its first secretary Yuniasky Crespo.

Zhou said that the relationship between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) is an important part of the overall relations between the two countries. The CPC will, as always, be committed to cementing China-Cuba friendship, enrich exchanges and cooperation between the two political parties and promote the in-depth and enduring development of the bilateral relations between China and Cuba, said Zhou.

Crespo highly commended the pivotal role played by the CPC in China’s national construction and reform and opening up process and hoped that the two parties can strengthen experience sharing in managing party and state affairs and push for new outcomes of the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
