BEIJING, July 10 -- Vice-minister Chen Fengxiang of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met in Beijing on the morning of July 10th with a study group of Vietnamese party and government cadres headed by Tran Thanh Hai, executive vice-president of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour. The two sides exchanged views on China-Vietnam relations and updated each other on their domestic situations.
