BEIJING, Sept. 2 -- Vice-Minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with a delegation of the Party of European Socialists (PES) headed by its President Sergei Stanishev.

Li said that the year 2015 shall be the 10th anniversary of the start of relations between the CPC and the PES, which the two sides should take as an opportunity to strengthen all-dimensional exchanges and cooperation, especially between young political leaders, so as to inject new dynamism to their inter-party relations.  

On his part, Stanishev said that the PES attaches high importance to its relations with the CPC and the two parties should hold important political activities next year to celebrate the anniversary and set up priorities and directions for their future dialogues.
