BEIJING, Sept. 15 -- Li Jinjun, Vice-Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met in Beijing on September 15th with a delegation from Rheinland-Pfalz headed by Eveline Lemke, deputy prime minister and minister of economy of the German State.

Li expressed congratulations on the 25th anniversary of the sister-state relationship between Fujian Province and RP State. Stating that China-Germany relations have entered a new stage of all-dimensioned strategic partnership, Li hoped that the two sides should make joint efforts to grow the bilateral ties to be of greater significance for China-EU relations and for the whole world. Li also expressed the CPC’s willingness to promote concrete cooperation between the two countries through party-to-party exchanges.

Lemke said that the RP state has carried out fruitful cooperation with China and will continue to expand such cooperative exchanges.
