BEIJING, Oct. 22 -- On the afternoon of October 22nd, Assistant Minister Li Jun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with a study group of the ruling coalition of Bangladesh headed by Taj Rahaman, presidium member of Jatiyo Party of Bangladesh.

Li said that relations between China and Bangladesh are deeply rooted. He pointed out that with the acceleration in the implementation of the development strategies of the two countries and the development of the BCIM economic corridor, there would be more room for the development of bilateral relations. He expressed the willingness of the CPC to continue deepening friendly relations with parties in the ruling coalition of Bangladesh to promote the development of bilateral relations.

Taj Tahaman expressed the willingness of Bangladesh to ride on the fast train of development of China and the region. He also hoped to learn from China’s experiences to promote practical cooperation.
