BEIJING, Oct. 23 -- Vice-Minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with Azat Perusahev, chairman of "Ak Zhol" Democratic Party of Kazakhstan on Oct. 23rd.

The two sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations at both state and party levels and enhancing mutually-beneficial cooperation in various areas.
