BEIJING, Nov. 4 -- Vice-Minister Guo Yezhou of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met on the afternoon November 4th with Saad A.Mohammad, vice-president and editor-in-chief of Kuwait News Agency.

Guo briefed his guest on the CPC’s external exchanges and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.

He expressed readiness of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee for stronger cooperation with the Kuwait News Agency, which, he hoped, will become a window to showcase China and the CPC to Kuwait, the Gulf and Arabic countries.

Saad A.Mohammad said that the Kuwait News Agency is willing to give more courage on China and the CPC and stay in close contact with the International Department to further boost bilateral cooperation in news and cultural areas.
