BEIJING, Nov. 24 -- Vice minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met today with a young cadres' delegation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) led by Andrey Klychkov, member of the CPRF Central Committee and head of the CPRF fraction in Moscow City Council.

Zhou reviewed the September visit of CPRF Chairman Gennady Zyuganov, saying that the two parties' relationship has reached a new height with the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the two parties. He hopes that the two parties work together to strengthen mutual learning and deepen friendly cooperation for the further deepening of relations between China and Russia, Zhou said.

Klychkov said that the CPRF highly values its ties with the CPC, and stands ready to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC on multiple levels (central, local, youth and women) and in various areas.

Zhou also briefed Klychkov on the 4th Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
