BEIJING, Dec. 4 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with a study group of the Broad Front of Uruguay led by Yeru Pardinas, secretary general of the Socialist Party of Uruguay.

Zhou briefed the guests on the fourth plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee, spoke positively of the efforts made by the Broad Front in promoting China-Uruguay relations since it took power, and affirmed that the CPC stands ready to strengthen its institutionalized exchanges with the Broad Front and further expand and deepen the mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Uruguay in various fields.  

Pardinas said that the development experience of China is of significant reference to Latin American countries including Uruguay and that the Broad Front will strengthen its experience sharing with the CPC in state governance.
