BEIJING, Dec. 5 -- Vice-chairman and secretary-general of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Zhang Qingli met here today with a study group of the Broad Front of Uruguay led by Yeru Pardinas, secretary general of the Socialist Party of Uruguay.

Congratulating the Broad Front on winning another general election, Zhang said that China and Uruguay perfectly exemplify the model of mutually beneficial cooperation between countries of different sizes and social systems. The CPC stands ready to enhance exchanges and mutual learning with the Broad Front and promote party building and national development of each side, said Zhang.

Pardinas said that the Broad Front admires China for its great achievement in reform and opening up and stands ready to strengthen the institutionalized exchanges with the CPC and promote cooperation in various fields.
