BEIJING, Dec. 16 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with the delegation of the Georgian Dream coalition headed by David Saganelidze, leader of the parliamentary majority and a member of the political council of Georgian governing coalition on Dec. 16.  

Zhou lauded the efforts of the Georgian Dream coalition in promoting bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields and said that the CPC is willing to maintain wide-ranging friendly exchanges with the Georgian Dream coalition at different levels to contribute to the development of bilateral relations.  

Saganelidze said that the Georgian ruling coalition and government gives significance to relations with China and is eager to deepen bilateral cooperation, for instance by being an active part in the Silk Road Economic Belt.
