Guo Jinlong meets Sudanese delegation

BEIJING, Dec. 26 -- A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official called on China and Sudan to deepen their bilateral cooperation Friday.

Guo Jinlong, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks while meeting with a delegation of Sudan's ruling National Congress Party (NCP).

Guo, also Beijing's Party chief, noted that China and Sudan have traditional friendship and China's friendly policy to Sudan remains unchanged.

Guo said that China hope Sudan can realize stability and development, China is willing to make joint efforts with Sudan to expand areas of cooperation and promote bilateral relations to a new level.

Mutaz, a member of the delegation, said they understood the great achievements that China has made under the leadership of the CPC, and Sudan is willing to learn from China to realize Sudan's stability and development.
