KHARTOUM, Jan. 7 -- Ibrahim Ghandour, vice-chairman of the ruling National Congress Party (NCP) and presidential assistant of Sudan, met here today with a CPC goodwill delegation headed by vice-minister Chen Xiangqun of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
