BEIJING, Jan. 22 -- Vice-minister Xu Lyuping of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met on Jan. 22nd in Beijing with a study group of young Tanzanian and Namibian politicians of African political parties led by Elijah Ngurare, Secretary General of the SWAPO Youth League and Jerry Silaa, Member of Central Committee of the CCM.

Xu said that China and Africa share similar past, a common dream and common destiny. She expressed hope that youth of China and Africa should step up exchanges and cooperation to jointly realize the Chinese dream and the African dream of development and rejuvenation.  

Ngurare said that SWAPO and the CCM will work together with China to cultivate China-Africa friendship to benefit future generations.
