CARACAS, Jan. 31 -- During his visit to Venezuela between January 30th and 31st, Zhou Li, vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met with Diosdado Cabello, president of the National Assembly of Venezuela and first vice-president of the United Socialist Party (PSUV) in Caracas. Zhou also held talks with members of the PSUV National Board of Directors, briefing them on the 4th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
Cabello spoke highly of the adherence in China to the CPC leadership during the comprehensive advancing of law-based governance, believing that the building of a law-based China will serve as important reference to promoting the rule of law in other countries.
The two sides also exchanged ideas on facilitating party-to-party communication and state-to-state cooperation in various fields.
