BEIJING, Feb. 11 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with David Aptsiauri, Ambassador of Georgia to China, on Feb. 11th.

Zhou praised the fruitful results of inter-party relations and pragmatic cooperation between the two countries, and pledged that the CPC will further step up exchanges with major political parties of Georgia to promote bilateral relations.

Aptsiauri said that the Georgian government gives priority to its Georgia-China relations and will join hands with China to boost comprehensive bilateral cooperation.

The two sides also exchanged views on regional hotspot issues.
