BEIJING, Feb. 18 -- Zhang Qingli, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met on the afternoon of February 18th with a delegation of secretaries of southern provinces of the Laos headed by Khamboun Douangpannha, member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and secretary and governor of the Saravane Province.
