BEIJING, Feb. 19 -- Zhao Hongzhu, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and deputy secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, met here today with the second study group of the Central Committee of the SWAPO party of Namibia led by Deputy Secretary General Mcleod of the party.

Zhao remarked that China and Namibia are all-weather friends, saying China is willing to follow the motto of "sincerity, real results, affinity and good faith" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping so as to further boost bilateral relations.

He added that the CPC is ready to strengthen ties with the SWAPO party by deepening exchanges on governance experience.

Mcleod said that the SWAPO party is willing to learn more from China and further deepen the traditional friendship of the two countries.
