BERLIN, Feb. 21 -- A CPC delegation headed by Liu Shijin, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council, visited Germany from February 20th to 21st.
The delegation met with Bernd Riexinger, co-chairman of the Left Party and Manfred Grund, parliamentary secretary of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in Bundestag, and attended a symposium hosted by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and other foundations. On theses occasions, the delegation informed the German side of the historic significance and major reform measures of the Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and exchanged views on reforms in areas such as finance and environmental protection and the influence thereof on China-Germany cooperation.
