BISHKEK, Nov.16 --- Zhou Li, vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, led a CPC good-will delegation on a visit to Kyrgyzstan from Nov.12 to 16. Zhou met with the first deputy prime minister, the foreign minister, the former secretary-general of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and provincial leaders of Osh as well as leaders of Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan, Ata-Zhurt (Fatherland) Party, Ar-Namys (Dignity) Party, and Party of Communists of Kyrgyzstan. Zhou also delivered a keynote speech at the Academy of Foreign Affairs. While in Kyrgyzstan, Zhou introduced the 4th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and exchanged views on the development of bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas.
