BEIJING, Dec. 4 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee attended on December 4th the Closing Session of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) Officials Workshop. Zhou spoke highly of the excellent performance of the 50 members of the workshop during their stay in China, congratulated on the success of the workshop and awarded certificates to all the members, with four commended for their excellent performance.  

The visiting vice-president of the Council of Ministers of Venezuela and Minister for education of Venezuela Hector Rodriguez, who was entrusted by Venezuelan President and Chairman of the PSUV Nicolás Maduro, attended the Closing Session.
