On July 20th, a visiting CPC delegation in Ghana held a promotion conference for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Accra, capital of Ghana, introducing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

Xu Lyuping, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era at the promotion conference, and expressed that China's great development achievements can be attributed to the adherence to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the leadership of the CPC and the concept of people-oriented development. The upcoming Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will inject new impetus into the development of China-Africa relations and benefit Chinese and African people.

Freddie Blay, NPP National Chairman, John Boadu, NPP General Secretary and others spoke highly of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and expressed that they are willing to further learn from the CPC’s experience in party governance and state administration in an in-depth manner and elevate inter-party exchanges and cooperation of the two sides to new highs.
