Beijing, August 27th—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Nikos Kotzias, Foreign Minister of Greece. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Greece relations, relations between the ruling parties of both countries as well as topics of common interest. Speaking positively of the substantial development China-Greece relations have achieved, both sides expressed that they will further enhance friendly exchanges and cooperation between the CPC and Greek Coalition of the Radical Left, and give play to the advantages of the ruling parties in policy formulation, public opinion guidance and political guidance, so as to consolidate the political and public opinion foundation for China-Greece relations.

Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, was present at the meeting.
