Beijing, September 6th (Xinhua)—Yang Xiaodu, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Director of National Supervisory Commission, met here today with Jonas Gahr Støre, Leader of the Labour Party of Norway.
Yang expressed that since the 18th CPC National Congress, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, the cause of the CPC and the country has made historic achievements, witnessed historical changes, and created a new situation for strengthening Party discipline in an all-round way. The CPC is willing to enhance exchanges with the Labour Party of Norway, and promote the implementation of important consensus reached by leaders of the two countries, in a bid to propel healthy and stable development of China-Norway relations.
Støre expressed that the Labour Party of Norway is willing to strengthen exchanges with the CPC and supports the Norwegian government in developing friendly cooperation with China.
