Beijing, September 4th (Xinhua)—Huang Kunming, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with Raghubar Das, Leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Chief Minister of Jharkhand State of India.
Huang said that with the attention and promotion of President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, China-India relations have maintained stable development. The CPC attaches importance to its friendly relations with various political parties in India, including the BJP. The CPC is willing to work with the Indian side to actively implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, further deepen inter-party exchanges between the two countries, and develop new types of political party relations, in a bid to make greater contributions to the constant and forward-looking development of China-India relations.
Das said that the stable development of India-China relations is of great significance. The Indian side welcomes Chinese enterprises to invest and establish business in India and is looking forward to further strengthening bilateral relations including inter-party exchanges.
