Beijing, September 17th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with a study group of Spanish multi-party young politicians headed by Santos Cerdan, member of the Federal Executive Committee of Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party（PSOE）and secretary for regional affairs coordination.

Qian made positive comments on China-Spain relations and party-to-party exchanges, saying that the CPC is willing to continue all forms of exchanges and cooperation with Spanish political parties and push for greater development of China-Spain comprehensive strategic partnership.

Cerdan expressed that the Spanish government and political parties attach great importance to relations with China and the CPC and are willing to work with the Chinese side to boost the development of Spain-China relations.
