At the invitation of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), Xie Jianhui, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, led a CPC delegation to visit Croatia from October 12th to 14th. Xie met with Lovro Kuščević, Political Secretary of the HDZ and Administration Minister, Srdjan Gjurković, Vice President of the Croatian People's Party, and other Party and government as well as local leaders. Xie mainly introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and exchanged views on party-to-party and sub-national cooperation between China and Croatia.
