The 10th General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) was held in Moscow, Russia from October 24th to 27th. Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended and addressed the General Assembly as the CPC representative. He expressed that the CPC is willing to, together with all political parties of Asian countries, enhance exchanges and cooperation, explore the building of a new type of relations among political parties, establish a network of exchanges and cooperation for international political parties, and jointly play the role of political parties in promoting the building of the Belt and Road Initiative and the community with a shared future for mankind.
