Li Jun Meets with CPV Senior Cadre Study Group

Beijing, November 21st—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a senior cadre study group of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) led by Pham Van Ranh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Party Committee of Long An Province and Chairman of the Long An People's Council.

Speaking positively of China-Vietnam relations, Li expressed that enhancing exchanges on experience of state governance and administration is an important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, which is of great significance in improving ruling capacity and promoting socialist cause for the two Parties. The CPC is willing to further enhance communication and cooperation with the CPV, so as to lead sustained, sound and stable development of China-Vietnam relations.

Pham Van Ranh noted that Vietnam pays high attention to relations between the two countries, and always places its relations with China as a top priority in its foreign policy. Vietnam is willing to make concerted efforts with China to promote Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for continuous development.
