Beijing, December 12th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a cadre study group of the Rally of the Republicans (RDR) of Cote d'Ivoire headed by David Soro, Deputy Secretary General of the RDR. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on the relations between the two Parties and the two countries as well as issues of common concern.
