Beijing, December 14th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a young cadre study group of the United Russia led by Denis Kravchenko, Member of the General Council of the United Russia and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development, and Entrepreneurship.

Speaking positively of relations between the two Parties and the two countries, Qian expressed that the CPC is willing to, together with the United Russia, enhance communication and exchanges, actively implement the series of important consensus on the development of China-Russia relations reached by the two heads of state, exchange and learn from experience on state governance and administration, continuously enhance political mutual trust, promote practical cooperation and push forward people-to-people bonds, so as to play a greater role in the continuous and forward-looking development of China-Russia relations at a high level in the new period.

Kravchenko noted that the exchanges between ruling parties have become an important component of Russia-China relations. The United Russia is willing to deepen exchanges at all levels with the CPC and promote greater outcomes of bilateral cooperation in various fields, so as to benefit the two peoples.
