Li Jun Meets with Study Group of Elected Members of Parliament of Brazilian Ruling Coalition

Beijing, January 18th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today in the evening with a study group of elected members of parliament of Brazilian ruling coalition headed by Vieira, a elected member of Brazilian parliament.

Li made positive comments on the tremendous development of China-Brazil cooperation in various fields since the establishment of diplomatic ties 45 years ago, and expressed the willingness to strengthen experience exchange of party governance and state administration with the Brazilian ruling coalition, further consolidate political mutual trust, promote pragmatic cooperation and push China-Brazil comprehensive strategic partnership for stable and long-term development.

Vieira said that the Brazilian side admires the great achievements made since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago, especially since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago. The Brazilian side is willing to learn from the CPC’s experience in state governance and administration to push Brazil-China cooperation in all fields to new highs in the new era.
