Beijing, February 19th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Teshome Toga Chanaka, newly-appointed Ethiopian Ambassador to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-Ethiopia relations and party-to-party exchanges.
