Beijing, March 1st—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a joint cadre study group of the communist party of North America, Oceania and Scandinavia. The study group is comprised of 8 communist party leaders from 6 countries including the United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Sweden.
