Vientiane, March 7th-- Bounnhang Vorachith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and President of Laos, met here today with a CPC delegation led by Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. Bounnhang expressed that Laos attaches great importance to enhancing exchanges and cooperation between both countries, and is willing to deeply promote the building of a Laos-China community of shared future. Wang expressed that the Chinese side will well implement the important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Bounnhang Vorachith, and join hands to build a China-Laos community of shared future to benefit the two peoples.

During his stay in Laos, Wang also met with Phankham Viphavanh, Member of the Political Bureau of the LPRP Central Committee, Permanent Member of the Secretariat of the LPRP Central Committee and Lao Vice President and Sounthone Xayachack, Head of the LPRP Central Committee's Commission for External Relations.
