Beijing, March 20th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation headed by Alfonso Cusi, Vice Chairman of the Philippine Democratic Party–Power of the Nation (PDP–Laban) and Energy Secretary. The two sides exchanged views on China-Philippines relations and exchanges between the CPC and the PDP–Laban.
