On March 24th, Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, who was visiting Singapore, accompanied by Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Communications and Information and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Deputy Government Whip of the People’s Action Party and Member of Holland-Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency, travelled to Bukit Timah community and watched the question-and-answer interaction between Sim Ann and the community residents on fiscal budget, medical care, community construction and other aspects, as well as exchanged experience and practice with Sim Ann on the management innovation at the primary level of the ruling party and the communication of public opinion.

Hong Xiaoyong, Chinese Ambassador to Singapore, attended the event.
