Beijing, April 25th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Machado, First Vice President of Republican Proposal (PRO) of Argentina.

Li said that China-Argentina relations are at the best stage in history. China is ready to work with Argentina to further implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and take the opportunity of jointly building the Belt and Road construction to push forward China-Argentian comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era.

Machado spoke highly of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries and admired the achievements in economic and social development the People's Republic of China made since its founding 70 years ago. He reiterated that the PRO is willing to further strengthen exchanges and communication with the CPC on state governance and administration and promote new achievements in cooperation in various fields.
