Beijing, June 18th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Homero Acosta Álvarez, Secretary of the Council of State of Cuba.

Li spoke highly of the relations between the two Parties and countries, saying that China and Cuba are good friends, good comrades and good brothers. China is ready to work with Cuba to take the opportunity of implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state to exchange in-depth experience in state governance and administration to push relations between the two Parties and countries to a new level.

Acosta mainly introduced the revision of the Cuban constitution and indicated that the Communist Party of Cuba is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC to promote the continuous development of the socialist cause between Cuba and China.
