Beijing, July 2nd—Wang Yajun ,Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the Cuban Communist Party (PCC) led by Deivy Pérez Martín, Member of the PCC Central Committee and First Secretary of the PCC in Sancti Spiritus.

Speaking positively of Cuba's achievements in socialist construction in the past 60 years since the victory of the Cuban revolution, Wang said that the relations between the CPC and the PCC are an important pillar of China-Cuba relations. The CPC is ready to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the PCC to lead China-Cuba relations to greater development.

Pérez spoke highly of the achievements of the CPC in its 70 years of governance, saying that the PCC is willing to learn from the CPC's experience in party governance and state administration to promote the prosperity and development of the socialist cause in Cuba.
