Song had an in-depth understanding of the building of primary-level organizations and party member management of the New Azerbaijan Party. Song said that CPC has gone through the course of 98 years. When it was founded, it had only more than 50 members. Now the CPC has more than 4.6 million primary-level party organizations and 90.59 million party members, and has been in power for a long time in a country with a population of nearly 1.4 billion. The CPC attaches great importance to the building of primary-level party organizations, especially the political building. Only when party members are firm in their ideals and beliefs, and the party's primary-level organizations have the capacity to take on challenges and always maintain the purity and the advanced nature of party organizations, the party will then have strength. This is the fundamental guarantee that our party can always enjoy the support of the people and lead the Chinese people to new achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The Azerbaijani side noted that as primary-level party members of the New Azerbaijan Party, they were honored to receive Minister Song at home and also fully felt the CPC's people-centered governance concept. The Azerbaijani people have simple and sincere friendly feelings towards China and the CPC, and admire the brilliant achievements made by the CPC in its 70 years of governance. Azerbaijan hopes to learn from the governance experience of the CPC, strengthen exchanges between the ruling parties of the two countries at all levels, jointly push for new development of Azerbaijan-China relations and bring more benefits to the two peoples.
