From August 14th to 16th, Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, led a CPC delegation to visit Brazil and met respectively with Luciano Bivar, President of the Social Liberal Party, Antônio Carlos Peixoto de Magalhães Neto, Presdient of the Democrats and Romero Jucá, President of the Party of the Brazilian Democratic Movement. In the meetings, the delegation expounded on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and exchanged views on strengthening bilateral inter-party exchanges as well as promoting dialogue among BRICS political parties.
