Beijing, November 12th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video talk here today with Aikyn Konurov, Leader of Communist People's Party of Kazakhstan (CPPK), briefing him on the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Qian mainly introduced the background, significance and important results of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He stressed, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), China will promote high-quality development, work faster to build the new development paradigm, and pursue high-level opening-up, which will certainly push comprehensive cooperation between the two countries for continuous progress. The CPC is willing to, together with the CPPK, strengthen strategic communication, and jointly push China-Kazakhstan Permanent Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for continuous and stable development.

Konurov warmly congratulated on the successful convening of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and spoke highly of the important results and global significance of the session. He believed that China will, under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, make greater achievements in economic and social development, and bring new development opportunities for all countries in the world, including Kazakhstan. The CPPK is willing to work with the CPC to deepen exchanges and cooperation and continue to enrich the connotation of China-Kazakhstan relations.
